The company management of aquatherm GmbH is reorganising: From 1 January 2024, Jan Kriedel will join Maik Rosenberg in the management of the world's leading manufacturer of plastic piping systems made of polypropylene for plant construction and building services.
Christof and Dirk Rosenberg, together with aquatherm founder Gerhard Rosenberg, will remain actively and passionately associated with the company and the global aquatherm Group as members of the advisory board. "We are delighted to be able to strengthen aquatherm GmbH with Jan Kriedel," explain Christof, Dirk and Maik Rosenberg. “As the Rosenberg family, we are grateful and proud of the milestones we have achieved over the past 50 years. Looking back, this period has rarely been linear, but has been characterised by constant change. That is why we will face the external dynamics with foresight and proactive action as well as confidence based on many years of experience.”
Jan Kriedel's focus at aquatherm will be on the areas of the supply chain. The 45-year-old industrial engineering graduate from Olfen in Münsterland has many years of professional experience in both production and sales. He is currently the managing director of a medium-sized company in the plastics industry.
Maik Rosenberg and Jan Kriedel will lead aquatherm into the future with a clear focus, a high degree of agility and continued sustainable responsibility. The shareholder structure will remain unaffected, with the Rosenberg family continuing to hold all company shares in the long term: aquatherm is and will remain a family business.
